We work closely with purchasing to help get the best quality parts at fair prices.  Our strong

comprehension of supply chain fundamentals allows us to identify opportunities for both

principal and customer success.  Excellent communication is key.

 

Engineering

From concept to production to product obsolescence, we work hand-in-hand with engineering. 

We work to ensure the product is of robust design while reducing costs up front.

Quality

We have found that spending time up front on design and quality requirements largely eliminates

quality issues in production.  If a problem does occur in production involving quality,

we work with both customer and principal quality departments to help resolve the issue.

Ownership / Upper Management

Industrial Sales Tech understands a relationship with upper management and owners is key to

understanding policies and expectations for suppliers.  We work hard to make sure customers

and principals understand what is needed by each other for long term success.
